Thefollowing areOVFICL4L MINUTESof the recent meetings of the new companyin this city.Bcelixgton, Msrch 21, 1878.—'The boardof directors met pursuant to adjournment, with President Leonard in the chair, the following members of the board being pres ent: Messrs Prioe, Hill, Howard, Dalhoff,Adams, David, Chamberlin and Jones. The minutes of last meeting were read and approved. On motion Mr. J. M. Gregg was elected a member of the board. The report of the committee on revision of the articles of incorporation being called for, the articles, as amended, were read, and the committee discharged. On motion of Colonel David the the board proceeded to ooneider and adoptthe articles hy sections, which beieg accom. plished the board adjourned to meet March twenty-second, at 10.30 a. m.Bi aujtoros, March 22, 1878.The board of directors of the Burlington, Keosauqua and Western railroad met at the board of trade rooms pursuant to adjourn ment. President Leonard in the chair andthe following mrtnbera present. Messrs. AG Adame,E P. Howard,S. II. Jones, John S. David, E Clamberlaia and J. M Gregg. A code of by-laws ware adopted, and the foL lowing additions made to the board of directors : Judge Mason, J. G. Foote, and Hon. Edward Manning of Keosauqua.A permanent organisation was effected with the following officer*: David Leonard,president; Judge Mason, vice president ; E Chamberlain, treasurer, and J, A. Giles, secretary. The president and vice-president, with MeesTS. Chamberlain, Dalhoff, Gregg and E. P. Howard constitute the executive committee.The board as now organized consists of the following gentlemen: George L Epps, of Denmark: Henry Hill, of Augusta; Henry Cameron, of Union township ; J. M.
