ST. PATRICK'S ENTERTAINMENT.The usual large audience assembled in Masonic Hall, Monday evening to see the St. Patrick’s Day play, presented by the Dramatic Society of St. Andrew’s parish. The piece staged this year was “Captain Dix, a War Correspondent.” It was well rendered but 111 many respectsnot as strong as plays enacted in the past by the Society. The impersonationof the“Gvryu,” a colored servant, by Miss Cosgrove, proved the one bright feature of piece. A number of amatuer vocalists and song and dance artists from New Yqrlc, assisted tha local talent, appearing between the acts.Dev.
