The building in which these thiiies were round was a small one, haying but one room, and in that the three men. David and William Lock ridge and Wm. Lemon ate and slept. The clothes in which the eircumstaneial evidence was found were hangiug on the wall, and the punts, brushes and pens were on a cup-toard in the same room Itixln. The crown put in evidence a couple of hills which had been operated upon hy Detective Foster, and Mr. Thos. .Sharpe.
