Hie board hopes to sell 5,000 tickets which allow the festival to break even oh the excursions.» iRosalie Arnold, the board’s president, and Mike Fincher, a board member and former festival chairman, said securing a steam train for the festival has been an important goal for the board this year,“We did this because we felt if we didn’t continue to have a steam train, the Iron Horse Festival would be just another festival ” Arnold said. “Too many people have this in their blood. They’ve worked years for this festival and they don’t want to give it up.”
