It is by Miss Dodd.Miss McLaughlin’s portrait of Mr. Fry is too well known to mention. It is the man himself.Miss Haydock shows two ambitious paintings in oil, a large female figure called “Dolores,” and a dreamy landscape, “An Evening in October.” Both are excellent.Nearly all the pictures are well known, including Miss Nourse’a “Feasant Women of Borst, Miss Wgehman’s “Little Flowers,” Miss Barney’s portrait of her husband in oil, and paintings in oil and water color by all the talented ladies of the city.Miss Minna Williams shows some wood engravings, engravings on steel and dry points.the work shown in every department is good, and none of it is bad.
