Why wasn't he the white knight blowing the whistle on this situationlike he so valiantly did for the Principal Group? NovAtels' loses amounted, to $550,000 a day. The wages saved by laying off 222 Lethbridge front line workers amount to eight per cent of the.total loses per day. Is that the answer to the governments’ problem? It seems that laying off front line workers is the Getty governments’ only answer to their lack of management and leadership.
