'Fourth Grade “Aerial Artists” Hold Afternoon of Pastime atCity ParkKite contests were enjoyed yesterday afternoon in the municipal park by members of ' the fourth grade classes of Miss Clara Minor i and Miss Mary Love of the Lincoln i School. Prizes were awarded for the best decorated and highestfliers among both the boys and♦girls.The Chambers twins, William and Raymond, carried off first honors among the boys for the highest fly-ing kite. Others who were able to mount their kites tlt;r lofty elevations: Matirice Robinson, Earl Nichols and Icell Folsom.Ruth Glass was given the prize for the best decorated kite and Anita Serrano managed to have the highest flying kite among the fairer sex. {
