A Bicycle Club.A meeting ia to be held in the parlorsof the National house to-morrow night, for the purpose of organizing a bicycle club. Harry Upson, the eastern bicyleet, is at the head of the movement, and the following persons have already signified their intentions of joining the club: Charles Baur, W. A. Crawford, Charles Peddle, Oliver Glover, Charles Scott, H. P. Townley, Charles Conn, Martin Vrydagh and Herman Froeb. Mr. Upson will drill them, and as soon as possible uniforms will be purchased.
