ThespiansSlate PlayJlt;vT ournevThe Thespian Society of Piedmont High School will hold a play tournament Friday at 1:30 p.m. in the school auditorium.Members of the ninth, tenth, eleventh and twelfth grades will present short plays directed by students.The tenth grade will present ‘'Unsuspected Fruit, a one act play directed by Raymond Stevenson. Appearing in the cast will he Carolyn Harshbarger as Mrs. Moreland, Richard Wolverton as Uncle Bert, Linda Brown as Julie Moreland, Thomas Grove as Tom Moreland, David Walker as Sammy Benton, and James Shaver as Professor Hollister.Donna Folk and Harry Drane are directors of the eleventh grade entry, Ladies of the Mop,” a play in rhyme and rhythm.
