Harvard Sportsman's Club Elects New OfficersProm The Sun’s Ayer OfficeHARVARD - The newly elected slate of officers will preside at tonight’s meeting of the ; Harvard Sportsman’s club at 1 the dub house on Whitcomb Avenue,The new President, Charles Rice, will call the meeting to order at 8 p.m. Other newly pJectcd officers include: Vice President, Hans Ohlin; Treasurer, Clayton Locke; Secretary, David Poutry; Board of Directors, John F. Fuller, Jr., delegate for the Mass. Wildlife Federation, William St. John; grounds and buildingj committee chairman, Hans Oh-lion, shooting classes; Frank'Sofaly; range construction, AL ‘ fred Nogler, Sr., archery activi* ties, Paul Remond; shooting activities, William St. John; annual fishing derby, Bucky Bakum; turkey shoot, Charles Rice; annual chicken pie supper, Millie Nogler; conk shack, Sam Dickson and Ole Gabriel-sen; entertainment committee, John Fuller, Jr., and editor and publicity chairman, Jan PouLry.Club members, last week, extended their “heartfell thanks” to John Fuller, Jr., for a “job well done.” as the past president for the year 1065.A LIST OF jobs around (htclubhouse are now posted on the bulletin board. Persons wishing to donate any of their time may choo.se from the list.According to a spokesman at fhe club, there have been quite a few telephone calls about the combination of the lock on the club house. No one may receive the conmbinafian over the phone, II will be given only when a membership card Is presented to any officer at the club house. The lock has been installed not to keep out members but to keep out unauthorized people.Following the meeting there will be refreshment and movies.
