CLAYTON.Miss Dee Johnson is attending school at Indianapolis.Born to Mr. and Mrs. Reed Reed Peck, March 13. a girlCandidates were very numerous on our streets last Saturday.The Presbterians reorganized their Sabbath school last Sunday.Mr. Arbi! 1 Cantley of Chicago, is visiting friends and parents at this place.The S. 0. V. of this place have papered and carpeted their hall in elegant style.Ray Hufiford has accepted a position at Brazil as ticket agent. We wish him success.The school at this place under the efficient management of Prof. Dougan, closed last Thursday.Geo. McCartney, pastor of the M. E, church, gave up his work here and taken a new Fieid of work at Ottawa Kansas.Geo. Puckett filled his regular appointment at. the Baptist church Sunday morning and evening with good attendance.Eugene Edmonson returned home Monday evening from Greenfield where he had been attending the Christian Endeavor Convention.William Berlin, a traveling salesman living at BeHville has moved to this place where he can have better access to the railroad.
