(IJP1) -The only Torrance County commissioner to oppose the ouster of County Manager Richard Mulz today criticized the selection of Mulz’ successor, a diesel mechanic and the former campaign manager For Commission Chairman Silverio Barela.Commission mem her Casey Luna said Ronald Graham was named to the $13,000 per year job Friday by the other two members of the commission.Barela and Vice Chairman Ray Halderman.
