Word has been received by Detective Foster that Tyo is now working near Cornwall, Ontario, and that he has been employed for some time there by a farmer.Tyo was a farm hand in the employ of Martin Brothers, North of Douglas. On the 13th of June last he disappeared, leaving his trunk and clothes behind him and also a sum of wages amounting to over $150. His identification papers and other valuable documents were also left behind in an old trunk. Following his disappear-! ance the police were notified, but efforts by. the authorities were unsuccessful in their search. Not a trace of the missing man ceuld be found and no one had seen him leave any of the surrounding towns.The search was kept up by the Provincial Police and letters sent in all directions in order to get some trace of the missing man. Finally a letter reached Tyo’s brother and finally Alex was located at Cornwall.
