JUDGE KAREL HEREFRIDAYJudge John C. Karel of Milwaukee will lecture on Alaska at the High School building in this city on Friday evening and on that occasion the assembly room should be packed tor he is a pleasing speaker has an excellent subject and one that he understands thoroughly. .Judge Karel spends all of his spare time traveling and has visited places of note all over the country and his lecture on Alaska is one that teems with interest.Judge J. C. KarelFriday’s talk \sill consist of a pleasure trip along the southeastern coast up 68 far as Skagway, or 1100 miles north of Seattle, and will include side tiips to the famous White Pass, to the glaciers and to one of the most wonderful cities on the face of the globe, the citv of Metla Kahtla and the home of the only self supporting Indian tribe in the world. Judge Karel will also give as an introduction a few statistics to show what a land of untold wealth and riches Alaska is, and what benefits our country has already reaped from the land for which we paid but a few cents an acre.
