Mark Wilson butchered two hogs a short time ago and the next day cut them up and put them dowa in a goods box in ihe smoke house, fastening the door with a hook. The next morning the meat was all gone except three'pieces; the ribs and backbones having disappeared with the rest. One piece of the meat was left on the floor of the smoke house. On search another piece was found in a fence corner with trash throwed over it, and two more pieces were discovered similarity covered. The rest of the two hogs could not be found. No tracks but dog tracks werediscernable and yet it appeared unreasonable that dogs should have shown such sagacity as that exhibited by this robber.
