(AP) — Paul “Ace” Frehley, former lead guitarist of the heavy metal rock group Kiss, has been charged with trying to buy drugs with a forged prescription, police said.Frehley, 34, and his wife, Jen-ette, 32, were arrested Saturday at a drug store near this community north of New York City and charged with criminal possession of forged instruments, police said.The Frehley s were held without ' bail pending a court appearance Tuesday.In May 1984, Frehley was sentenced to five years probation, fined' $500 and had his New York driver’s license suspended six months after pleading guilty to drunken driving.
