New Bakery Opens TodayRepublic is to have a first class bakery—nay good citizens, and we have one now, Mr. Krohn of , Courtland has located here and is baking his first oven of bread today in the Republic State Rank building which he has leased to use as a bakery.Mr. Krohn is an experienced ( baker and for the past two years has operated successfuly a bakery over at Courtland, and now he leaves another man at thatplace and will onerate the new r bakery in Republic himself.He expects to place his products in all the places of business in Republic now handling bread,Mr. Krohn will not move to : Republic at the present time—he j will wait to see how well we all like his cooking—if favorable, he M expects to move here and ad -many improvments to the bakery and also install another oven.The bread baked at M. Krohn’s j Bakery will be labeled “Krohn’s II Blue Ribbon Bread”. I
