Health Authorities are MakingThings MoveThere is still mnch talk of small pox on the street? and the health officers are looking after things with a sharp stick.The residence of Sam Ankeny and Mike Haller were quarantined today. They had a family visiting them this week from the vicinity of New Bavaria and the man was taken sick at Ankeny ’s home, bnt left for home with a high fever.They have small pox at the home of Adam Troeger, on South Ridge, and two mere members of the family are d«»wn today. Will Theiroff, who had been visiting at the Troeger home drove to town today wi h his mother and an other lady, bnt was taken in charge by the sanitary police before he had hitched his horses and was forced to leave town with his friends immediately. Theiroff has visited the home of Geo. Bohn in South Richland. The trustees of Highland and Richland townships met here today and will quarantine the homes of Theiroff and Bohn. The guards at the city limits have been instructed to bar Bohn from the city.Andy Smith, of the Christ DiehlBrewing Co., was at New Bavaria thisweek and did business there. Thehealth officer will quarantine him.Rev.
