The one that retains itsform is of mammoth proportion, indicat ing a race of giants in some early day onthe Menominee RiVer. The point is at agreat distance from Indian burial grounds that have been discovered near that city and in an isolated spot, which adds to the mystery connected with the discovery. Flint arrow heads and what appear to be brass shot were found at the same place, and other conditions that made the discovery an interesting as well as a mysterious one.
