Wooster, March 7—“i'm still practicing medicine” is the reply made by Dr. John G. Wfshard, of this city, when ashed concerning the likelihood oC his being earned ambassador to Persia under the Harding administration.Strong recommendations Sa Dr. Wfshaxd's behalf have been sent to President Harding and Secretary of State FInghes. Dr. Wishrd was a medical missionary in Persia from 1SS9 to 1999, and during this time became consulting physician to Mtizxa-el-Dla. Sfcah of Persia. He, also, established the American Presbyterian hospital at Teheran and is the author of the book entitled “Twenty Tears in Persia.
