The Old-Time Fiddlers' Contest, old-fnahioned cotillion and Shucking Bee, given at the opera boose last Saturday | night for the benefit of Autuinu Leal' Temple, No. 235, Rathbone Sisters, was a decided success. Notwithstanding the stormy weather the house was filled to overflowing. • All of the surrounding towns were represented in the big audience. The eutire program was heartily enjoyed by nil.
