Mrs. Encell was born in Stark conn- j ty, Ohio, on the 13th of December, 1836, and consequently was 53 years old at her last birthday. On July 30, 1859, she was united in marriage to R. B. Encell, at Van Wert, Ohio, and in 1869 the family removed to this place, where they have ever sinceamade their home. Mrs.. Encell leaves two boys, twins—Will S. and Well R. —to mourn the loss of one whom they will deeply miss, and whose place for them can never more be filled. Never before in the history of the town has there been such universal sympathy expressed for the bereaved one, for few, if indeed there be any, among us have been called upon to meet more melancholy surroundings than the one who has now been called to rest. She was known to all, esteemed by, all and will be missed by all who knew her.[Mrs. Encell’s remains were brought to Van Wert last Saturday and taken to the residence of her sister, Mrs. R. Conn. Funeral services were, held Sunday afternoon at the Presbyterian church, conducted by'Mrs. Kline, followed by yiterment in Woodlatidcemetery.]
