One tract containing one hundred acres, adjoining said Brown and others, lying on the waters of Little Cunoochec. Levied on as the property of Ncedaiu Bryant, to-satisfy sundry ti fas issued from a Justice’s Court held* in the 50tii district, G. M., Emanuel county, in favor ot James ltonndtree and others administrator on the estate of John A. Kemp deceased, versus A. C. Brinson, administrator 011 the estate of K. C.
