Dallas Strip lease Dancer, Husband 'No-Billed' In ShootingDALLAS, March 3-UP-Stripper Billie Shonnae. who. is billed as The Flame of New Orleans/’ and her husband, comedian Roscoe Ails, were no-billed by a Dallas county grand jury Tuesday on, a charge of murder.The 23-year-old Miss Shonnae and j Ails, 54, were charged with killing Alfred Rosenfield Jr., who was: found shot to death last Dec. 211 at the apartment where Ails and j Miss Shonnae lived.They appeared in their own de* fcnse before the grand jury last Friday. Their attorney.
