Richter, honoring all scouters and recognizing the 49th Anniversary of Troop 10, was attended in St. Anthony Catholic Church prior to the dinner.In special ceremonies at the mass, for religious knowledge and service, the Parvuli Dei Medal was awarded to cub scout Anthony Cozza. The Ad Altare Dei award was presented to scouts Troy Bierkortte, David Scarpone and Julius Thorn. Receiving the Pope Pius XII medal were Gregory Di Carlo, Anthony Mattioli, John Oliveti and Leonard Pagnanelli.flag CeremoniesThe program at the dinner consisted of flag ceremonies conducted by Senior Patrol leader Leonard Pagnanelli and Troop 10. The cubs of Pack 10 with cubmaster Joseph Marracino gave the oath and the law of the pack. The invocation was led by Msgr. Richter. The welcoming address was by Justin Scarpone who served as toastmaster.A “1776” skit in two parts was presented by the scouts of the troop, depicting the voting of the 13 colonies and the signing of the Declaration of Independence.Msgr. Richter was presented the 1976 scout charter by Tim Mohr, Deha warn is Districtscout executive, Fort Steuben Council 459, BSA.Honored guests were Msgr. James Marshall, Rev. Edmund Stabene and Rev. Donald Mantica, troop chaplain.Other honored guests were: The faculty of St. Anthony Grade School, Past Eagle Scouts from Troop 10, members from original charter group of 1927, namely Dr. V. J. De Luca, Julius Pizzoferrato, Maurice Pizzoferrato, Mario Camerlengo and William Pompa along with scout executives ana officials from both the Dehawamis District and Fort Steuben Council.Ranks Conferred - Rank of Wolf was awarded to Frank Cozza, Mario Cozza, John A. Di Carlantonio, Richard Di Carlo, Michael Haney, Joseph Marracino and John Rolatta.Achieving the rank of Bear were Joseph Clause, J. R, Lowther, Vincent Rinaldi,David Renzelli, Tom Sullivan and Mark Tomeucci.Webelo colors were presented to John F. Di Carlantonio. Activity pins to other Webelo scouts were presented to Andre Dougher, Anthony Cozza, Jeffery Ray, Bruno Tegano, and Frank Tomeucci.Perfect attendance pins went to John Fuoeo, J. R.
