A. M.Too Cheap.—Thomas Robinson, the colored express driver, put in a bid for carrying the mails between tbe Post-office and tbe Pan Handle depot. Tbe bid was intended to be $50 per month, but by miatabe was made $50 per annum. It being so much lower thau any other bid Robinson wsa notified that the contract wia awarded to him.
