While on her way home from an errand up town she slipped and fell on the pavement near the railroad on West Ottawa street, and was rendered helpless. .8be was assisted to her home and the family physician was summoned. It was at first thought that the lady’s hip was broken, but the injury proved to be a severe sprain. Mrs. Owens is unable to walk and will be confined to her room for some time as aresult of the accident -U v ’• pDr. A. J. Wright, of Columbus, gave an address, Sunday morning, in the M. E. church, in the Interest of the Ohio Anti-baloon League. Good, a son of Mr. and Mra. Harry F. Good, who moved from Rleb-wood to Marion two years ago, was married Sunday, at Lima, to Miss Ida M. Cromer, of Marion. The groom is associated with his father in the grocery business in Marion, where he and his bride will reside.Mrs. Nettie Butler, of York, has been dangerously ill of appendicitis during the past several daya, but is thought tobe improving. It was at one time thought that an operation would he neoessary. Mrs. Butler is adaugbter ofJ. F. Tilton, of York.Rev. Asa Owens arrived in Rich wood, Monday, from Adrian, Mich., and will spend some time at his home here.
