ORCHESTRA TO PLAY AT STRANDMIAMI LUCKY SEVEN HAS BEEN HOOKED TO APPEAR HERE FRIDAY AND SATURDAY.TO OFFER NEW PRORAMSThe Miami Lucky Seven, one of :hebest known musical organizations ofits kind in the country today, will appear at the Strand theatre here next Friday and Saturday, afternoon and night, according ie an announcement which was made todav by the Strand man age men i.This orchestra has played In Slid-byville recently on two occasions, giving complete satisfaction, and rendering high class dance music. The Miami Lucky Seven played for the Christmas dance which the Elks gave at their hall during the winter, and also played at another dance here during the season .The dances were attended by a large number of people, attracted by the music of the organization.On Friday night, following the program at the Strand, the orchestra will play at a dance which will lo given at the Elks ball.The organization has been In Chicago for a number of weeks, prcpar-in ; for contracts which will occupy the orchestra for several months in th eatres over the country. While in Ch.Tago the orchestra was billed on the Balahan and Katz circuit, which includes several of the fine motion picture houses in Chicago.The Miami Lucky Seven was formed at Miami several years ago. The organization now has a contract to play during the next season at the *iew hotel which Is being constructed at Miami, by Carl Fisher.During the two days engagement In ::*.N dry, the orchestra will offer mu-r,A ul numbers which are right up to llw minute. A .splendid program of music will be given during each show.
