Indian's Suit for Diiuincos*Cedar Rapids, la., June 25J.—Phoa-Pa-Ha, a Tama Indian, has brought suit against W G Malin, United States Indian agent, for $80,000 for unlawful arrest in connection with the abduction case of Lelah Puck-a-Ohee, in which the government tried to separate an Indian and his bride after they had been wedded according to the ceremonies sanctioned by the great sachem The plaintiff says he spent 163 days in jail and that he uas been inhumanly treatud.
