mmsmmimimmNEW YORK: Women’s lightweight boxing champion Cathy “Cat” Davis (L) squares off with future opponent, European lightweight champion Uschi Doering of Lage, West Germany, during a press conference at Nirvana Restaurant here Monday to announce their upcoming fight in Portland, Maine, Thursday. Cat, who lives in Poughquag, N.Y., is undefeated in 17 bouts, 15 by knockout. Doering is undefeated in 11 fights. Their bout will be 12 rounds of two minutes each. (UPI)
