Anaconda, June 26.—(AP)—JosephCausley, war veteran, who suffered a broken back in the overturning of a car last night on the Butte-Ana-conda highway eight miles east of Anaconda, tonight had' not regained consciousness, physicians said.The small coupe in which lie upset was claimcd today by F. E. Freeburg of Butte, who said Causley and he had purchased the car. Officers said Freeburg could not explain how thelicense plates on the automobile belonged to Janies Magon of Butte. Records show the car was purchased in California.Freeburg told officers he and Causley had! been employed on race track construction at Butte. He said he found a note in their home last night which revealed Carnley was taking the machine for a trip to Salt Lake City. Freeburg was not held.
