Surprise Party For Virginia HansenMAYNARD—Miss Virginia Hansen was given a surprise farewell party by neighbors and friends Friday night June 13 at the home of her aunt, Miss Florence Wilder. She was presented with an old fashioned bouquet with dollar bills attached. Miss Hansen left for Austria June 24-Those present included Grace Cobleigh of South Acton, Ruth Tandano of Littleton, Helen Fenton, Dorothy Sawyer, Grace Silvio, June and Virginia Bowse of West Concord, Gertrude Wilder, Kay Murray, Patricia Nordburg, Lucy Wilder, Barbara Nelson, Florence Bachrach, Rose Hanson, Regina Ayotte, and Connie Stigliani.Miss Hansen flew by Pan American Airlines last Tuesday to Vienna, Austria to spend six weeks with Mrs. John Fisher and family. Mr. Fisher is second secretary at the American Embassy. While in Vienna, Virginia and the Fishers will take a six day sea voyage through the Adriatic. They will stop at Yogoslavia.
