Duncan said the Moulin Rouge Presevation Association is delighted to have the services of Bob Bailey, a well-known entrepreneur who came to Las Vegas in 1955 as a star of the premier Moulin Rouge Revue. Cholly Atkins — nationally heralded as “The Man Who Taught Motown How To Dance” and who still blocks out moves for the O'Jays, the Tempta tions and Gladys Knight — also is assisting from his home base in Las Vegas. The July 1 celebration will include the following active committee mem bers: Duncan; Alice Key, the first vice president of the association; Ruby Pilot; Ben Bryant; Preddy; Percy Car son; Erma Walker; Hermcine Taylor; Frank Hayes; Theodore Toney; Mike Corrigan; Sheila Lacy; R.J.
