Dr. T. M Pearce, president of the society, di has announced. teSpeaking on the topic ‘ Folklore in the Modern World” will be Maurice Ries, director of the Laboratory of Anthropology; Ralph S. Boggs, visiting professor from the University of North Carolina now at the University of New Mexico and a third speaker still to be an-10* nounced. The morning session will ai begin at 11 a m. and will be fol-lowed by a panel discussion on the V subject. [Flection of officer* will be held following luncheon at La Fonda A hotel, after which the group will A reconvene at 2 p m in the State ^ Art Museum to hear such distinguished speakers as Dr Sylvanu* r Morlev, director of the museum; -; In* Si/er Cassidy; Lolita Pooler, j th and others.
