Mr. Bam Cerf never does things by halves. He goee the whole figure when he starts in to perform a generous act. His gift of an outfit of elegant helmet shaped summer hats to the New Albany police force has not been stinted in th« cost or style of the hate, and when all the fifteen men of the force turn out in Carl's Helmet Hats, they will create a sensation. Mr. Cerf has had to send for several extra large sized hats in order to fit Borne of the police heads, which demonstratesthat there’s nothing small about the po-lice cranium, no more than about Sam Cerf, the Hatter. Nor is it to be under-stood that these extra large hats are for policeman wbo have the swell head.
