/Special Telegram to The Tribune.Tolido, O , June 24.—The steamer City ot South Haven of the Duakley-Williams Co. to run between South Haven and Chicago, left Toledo for South Haven via. the Detroit river at 4:20 this morning, arriving at Detroit at 8:15. No trial of the boat’s speed was made on so short a run, butmade sixteen miles an hour. She is a fine sailor.
