MISS MAINEBREWER, Maine (UPI) — The new Miss Maine is Valerie Crooker, 24, of Brunswick, a tap dancer who hopes to work for Walt Disney Productions.Miss Crooker will be a senior at the University of Southern Maine this fall, and majors inanspecial education.But a career in public relations with Disney Productions is her immediate goal. She has spent the past several years promoting a restaurant owned by her brother.The 40th Miss Maine title holder was crowned Saturday night at the Brewer Auditorium.
