A large circle resembling a completed rainbow was observed around the sun today and many of our citizens were meditating on the unusu-/ ital sight and wondering what it could mean. George Yen ter was the only one able to advance a theory and he said it meant that the •psord 4th of July celebration was only a little more than a week away arid that it was a warning for every one to get ready for the big occasion.
