SHERIFFS’ SALES.Emanuel postponed sheriff salesWill be sold before the Court-house door in the town of Swainsboro’, Emanuel tibuuty, on the first Tuesday in July next, within the legal hours of sale, the following property, to-wit:One tract of land, containing 'Jld acres, more or less, lying on the waters of the Pig Ohoopee river, adioining lands of Miles Collins and others; also,one other tract of land containing f»lt;)0 acres, lying on the waters of the Pig Canoochee, adjoining lands of Lewis Collins and others; also, one oilier tract of land containing acres, more or less, lying on the waters of the Big Ohoopee river, known as the Davis place, with improvements thereon, adjoining Bullard and others; all levied on as the property of Charles McCullough to satisfy one ti fa issued from Emanuel Superior Court in favor of Stephen Fenley. Property pointed out by the defendant. Levied on and returned to me by E. Durden, Dep. Sheriff.Also, at the same time and place, will be sold
