Witman Signs Fast Boxers for TonightBenjamin Witman, light promoter, sportsman and oil stock owner has done some good match making for this week's entertainment at the El Rio playgrounds. Speaking of large he has engaged the services of Slim de la Riva, the Camarillo undersheriff. Riva at onetime was contender for the heavyweight crown until he was crowned by an opponent and then he did not want to be crowned any more. The feature act of the evening will be put on by the Hon. Billie Kennedy and Wild Cat Wing. In the semi-final Mac House and Francis McKay will make their initial debut. Mr. House is a dark complected product of Ventura and when he is right he Is not wrong. Saticoy’s sensational Jap, Chuchi Cyeda will meet Ed O’Neil at 12f pounds. Red McGinnis and Martin Cohos will raise the curtain.i
