S. hall last evening, at which tune plans for the celebration of the Fourth were talked about. Reports from the committees ^of the L ■ lt;gshoremen and the carpenters' uiii n were heard. Thecigar makers, about forty in number, will march iu the parade, and will probably have some very pleasing attractions in connection.
