The barbecue is done pit style, by a number of men in the county who are experts at this method of preparing meat.On the committee for the lodge | are masters of the barbecue art, including chairman. Lee O. Brothers, and Lloyd Hubbard, Chuck Hutton, Ralph Miller, Jack Cline, Joe Christy, Will Allen, William Emery, Elvin Jonas, Dwight Denmead, Percy Collier, and Johnny Harris.A pit is dug at the grounds at the Cedars, and once the fire is started members of the committee Ijeep round the clock vigil
