The total could be higher if the tribe’s 60 percent share of profits exceeds $100,000 a month.The council approved the contract on a 3-2 vote, but Tribal Chairman Keith Davenport has not signed the agreement. He has indicated he has some misgivings about the plan.“Internally the tribe is going through their review and research,” said Tom Brosig, chief operating officer of Grand Casinos. “There is a vote, but they still have to review it.”Brosig said Grand Casinos is offering to finance, build and manage the casino in exchange for 40 percent of the profits.Search is called off
