MIA Will Feature FiveOne-Act M usical PlaysHis-eSALT LAKE CITY - “Rollicking Roadshows,” five one-act musical plays, will be a drama -feature of the 68th annual conference of the Mutual Improvement Associations afternoons and evenings of June 23 and 24 on the University of Utah campus.The shits were chosen from more than 1,500 presented in the wards throughout the church during the past season. -ANNUAL EVENTThe annual roadshow, a rich and colorful tradition in the MIA, will be viewed by talentscouts in various fields of enter-GifceCouple io SpeakAt' Local ChurchSpecial guest speakers Sunday at the Ogden Japanese Christian Church will be Mr. and Mrs. Ainosuke Iehida, retired Salvation Army workers.They will speak at the joint family worship services at 10 30 a.m. They will give their sermons in Japanese and English, respectively.The couple will be honored at a meal fellowship after the wor-ch?n of 19 conntainment, since out of these original short sketches have come an impressive number of professional stars.Among these -are such renowned performers as the King Sisters and Mavis Rivers, singers; Laraine Day, Terry Moore and Suzanne Storrs, actresses; Jimmy Haun (Rauvaun) • and Glade Peterson, operatic tenors; Bussell Tamblyn, dancer; the Osmond Brothers, singers; Colleen Hutchings, Miss America; Charlotte. Sheffield, Miss U.S.A.; Linda Bement, Miss U.S.A., and Miss Universe, and others.The five-act, two-a-day show this year is an all Utah presentation by casts from Cedar City, East Mill Creek, Hillside,.
