Employe** of White Sug at their company picnic held at the city t*rk.White Stag Hosts Picnic At Park11The first annual White Stag picnic was held Satur-, day, June 11th at the Bessie Thbar Pir\ with approx-{ iirately 150 attending. The event was for all White S»r employees and families.Following a picnic lunch or delicious covered dishes brought by employees and barbecue chicken furnished by White Stag were several contests.Horseshoe throwing contest was held with trophies going to Charles Benson and Louis Bngges. Throe legged race trophy winners were Lindaand Donald Luke. Biago winners wcoChanccyDunc-gan, Sharon MaJeweU,Priscilla Anderson, Lindsey Chandler, Dorghy Williams, Kandy Duke, Ola Rinehart, Ha raid Phillips, and E*te-11a Francis was the grand winner - winning 2 prizes. The activity committee consisted of the following: Chairman Ray Badcy, member*. Charlc* Benson, John Moore, Mary Phillips, Loretta Castleberry, Pat Winkle, Elouiso Woodfork,Lillian Dnnegan, Judy Hurst Judy Sisco, Wynooa Frazier Lorene Robertson.
