MRS. DALE STOUTw.s.c.s.The Womens Society of Christian Service of the tlilroy Methodist Church met in the educa- j tional building Wednesday at noon for a luncheon following the Prayer Circle at 11:30. The hostesses were Mrs. C. W. Worth, Mrs. J. L. Oliver, Mrs. Virgil Henry, Mrs. Herman boring, and Mrs. Hubert Downs. Miss Emma Terhune gave grace. A delicious baked ham luncheon was enjoyed by 41 members and seven guests.Preceding the meal, all sang “Happy Birthday” to Miss Terhune who was 97 on May 30. Following the meal, an auction of jellies, pies, eggs, cakes, cup cakes, and relishes was conducted by Mrs. Carl Higgins and Mrs. Ralph Lawson.
