Eleanor Yoakum Crowned QueenELIZABETHTON — EleanorElaine Yoakum, 21-year-old Tazewell girl, was crowned queen of the 17th annual Rhododendron Festival yesterday.Miss Yoakum, a 5-6 brunette who was voted Miss Greek Goddess of 19G3 at East Tennessee State University. was chosen over 14 other contestants.Rep. James Quillen, R-Terui., of Kingsport was a featured guest.Quillen awarded the trophy of Miss Congeniality to Sandra Jones, an ETSU junior, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. William Jones of Fall Branch.
