Little Boar’s Head Precinct Protest Revised ScheduleThe Public Service Commission has ordered a suspension until Sept. 14 of the new rates proposed by the Hampton Water 'Works.I It was Intended to make rates ef-k fective June 14, but the action of the commission postpones the effective date three months. In the meantime, it is intended to make an investigation.: The suspension order was because of protests against the revised schedule that came from the Little Boar'sihead precinct.-The Rye Beach precinct offered no. objection and; neither did selectmen of the town of Hampton, but people at Little Boar’s Head, and particularly- summer residents, expressed the opinion that the new rates were not In all respects “reasonable. . • *Because of this, .the commission ordered maintenance of the present• • • Jschedule until there can be opportunity for hearings and inquiry.
