'Mrs. Clipson and Mrs. Beckman will entertain tlie Texas Farm Women at tlie homo of .Mrs. Clipson Tuesday, June 19. All members are requested to be present. • • ., • w-‘*The “Hustlers'’ class of the S. S. entertained the girls of Mrs. Hayden’s class at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Bay F. Arnold (Wednesday night with t mask party. The first part of the .evening was spent in trying to discover who was who and this was no easy task either. - Several little boys and girls were present whom no one remembered having seen before. Uncle Bastus, his wife, and two pickaninies were present, clowns, cowboys and Indians were among the number. To insure good behavior one Knight of the Ku Klux Kian was in attendance. After unmasking a delightful time was 'sper.t by the children in. various contests. These were followed by delicious refreshments of cuke aud ice cream. After spending some time sing-i in*: the party adjourned. Those nt-i tending were Misses Fern Hough. Velma Spa linger, Annie Mae Poole, Beatrice McLain. Emma and Alma Miller, I.illio Mae Hayden, Flora Corraan and Uurh Causey: Masters Jack Hough.| James and John Clipson. Terry and j William Wallace. George Clark. Edgar ! Adkins. Elmer Hayes. Harlan Buckler : Fritzie Isonhowcr and Edward Ar-nolo.The annual Children’s Day program ! will be given at the church next. Sun-I day night. Everyone is invited to at-' teni.l. Following: the program the children’s day picnic will be given Wednesday at the usual picnic grounds on the Bernard.
