Dehaven as follows, to-wit: “That prior and up to the 15th day of June, 1S78, said plaintiff and his wife, Mary E. Patterson, li ved together in peace and harmony as husband and wife, and with their children, of whom they had Carreviola Patterson and Edward Patterson, they were in the enjoyment of the highest state of domestic happiness and conjugal felicity; but on the day and year aforesaid, and on clivers other days and times between that time and the commencement of this actiion, the defendant did wrongfully, deceitfu lly and wickedly seduce, debauch and catmally know said Mary EL Patterson, the said wife of the plaintiff, whereby he has suffered great grief, mortification and anxiety, and hasbeen damaged in the sum of $5,000, for | which he demands judgment:it
